Crafted for the Landscape, Inspired by Nature
Designed by renowned Canadian architect Arthur Erickson, Moraine Lake Lodge was created to blend seamlessly with the dramatic landscape of Banff National Park. Erickson’s signature use of natural materials—such as wood, stone, and large panoramic windows—allows the lodge to harmonize with the towering peaks and turquoise waters of Moraine Lake. The low-profile architecture follows the natural contours of the land, ensuring unobstructed views and a sense of immersion within the surrounding wilderness.
Surrounding the main lodge, the lakeside cabins echo the same architectural philosophy—each thoughtfully positioned to complement the terrain, maximize lake and mountain views, and offer guests an intimate connection to the beauty of the Canadian Rockies.
