To guarantee your reservation, a deposit of one night plus tax will be processed on your credit card. The remaining balance will be processed 60 days prior to your check-in.
Booking and Cancellation Policy
A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. By accepting the Terms and Conditions, you authorize Moraine Lake Lodge to process a deposit of one-night stay using the card provided. All bookings require full prepayment 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Visa, Mastercard or American Express.
For cancellations outside of 60 days from arrival, a cancellation fee of $250.00 in Canadian Dollars will be applied per room with the remaining deposit refunded. Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of all monies paid. Refunds or credits will not be granted in the event of non-arrival, any unused services, or unused nights due to travel or weather disruptions.
All reservations are subject to our cancellation policy. We strongly encourage guests to have travel insurance. Unexpected events, including road closures, travel restrictions, illnesses, inclement weather and wildfires, may alter or change a guests’ ability to visit Moraine Lake Lodge. These events and other circumstances beyond our control are subject to our cancellation policy. Due to our remote location and short season, we cannot make exceptions to our cancellation and booking policy.
Age Restrictions
Our Lodge is thoughtfully curated to provide a serene, sophisticated retreat tailored for couples. As such, the majority of our guest rooms feature a single king bed and are designed to accommodate a maximum of two guests. To preserve the tranquil ambiance in the lodge, all guests must be 16 years of age or older to access any area of the lodge or guest rooms.
For families seeking accommodations, our sister property, Cathedral Mountain Lodge, offers spacious rooms suitable for up to four guests, welcoming children aged 8 and above.
Minimum Night Stay Policy
For the 2027 season, minimum-night stay requirements will apply across all room types. Please review the booking details for the applicable minimum stay requirements when selecting your dates.
Parking Policy – Oversized Vehicles
To ensure parking is available for all guests, please note that our parking lot is limited in size and is designed to accommodate standard-sized vehicles only.
Oversized vehicles—such as RVs, trailers, and other large vehicles—cannot be accommodated on-site due to space limitations. Guests traveling with these types of vehicles are kindly asked to make alternative parking arrangements.
Overnight parking for oversized vehicles is available at the Park and Ride at the Lake Louise Ski Hill, with shuttle service to Moraine Lake Lodge. Our Reservations Agents will be happy to assist guests with directions and planning.
