Moraine Lake Lodge

DAY VISITS AT MORAINE LAKE

Located in the Valley of the Ten Peaks in Banff National Park, Moraine Lake is crowned by ten notable peaks. A true bucket list item, Moraine Lake is one of the most beautiful lakes in the world. It was even featured on the back of an old $20 Canadian bill at one time!  The lake’s stunning turquoise colour is created from glacial silt and is one of the most photographed lakes in the Canadian Rockies.

PLEASE NOTE: Moraine Lake Road is closed to personal vehicles year-round. Parks Canada shuttles, Roam Public Transit, and commercial buses are permitted from June to mid-October.

CANOE RENTALS

What better way to experience the beauty of Moraine Lake than gliding through its serene blue waters on a canoe? Moraine Lake Lodge offers high-quality canoe rentals to visitors at our canoe dock from mid-June to mid-September.
